As the daughter of two rabbis, building community and education have always been important parts of my life. Professionally, I have developed dynamic teams by encouraging employees to bring their authentic selves to work. I believe in creating a culture of radically candid feedback for employees & customers alike (and I genuinely enjoy filling out customer feedback surveys in my spare time). I am passionate about empowering my teams and customers to do their best work and to better understand the resources available. I take big ideas and come up with the processes needed to make them a reality. I enjoy making people laugh and have found an outlet for that in stand-up comedy and podcasting. Whether it's team building, podcasting, or customer experience, I bring my tenacious enthusiasm to everything I do.
